Deep ruby-red wine, Intense and clean nose, with aromas of plum, black cherry and blueberry followed by violet and raspberry. All of this will be found on the palate in addition of intense blackberry and blackcurrant flavours and lovely hints of liquorice, black pepper and juniper. Very long and pleasant finish.
This wonderful Sangiovese is obtained from young vineyards (5-10 years old), with yields kept so low that the fruit is concentrated and therefore, quality is extremely high.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Grilled and roast meats, cured meats, Italian-style sausages, lasagna, cannelloni.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16 °C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
