Medium bodied ruby red wine. It boasts a typical herbaceous scent, very distinctive of this variety, and ripe and rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, gravel and tar.
On the palate it is bold, with mocha, cinnamon, and plum flavours complimented by medium-high acidity and moderately high tannins.
As stated at the bottom of the front label, the grapes used to make this wine are exclusively picked by hand.
GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Franc.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING: excellent with roasts, cured meats platters, Italian antipasto, poultry and aged cheese platters.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16°C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
