Ruby red wine. The intense and elegant aroma evokes a striking dark chocolate note, along with wild dark berries such as blackberry as well as marasca cherry, enriched by a light spiciness. These features are also well balanced on the palate.
Dry, warm and velvety, with ripe tannins supported by a good alcoholic note.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: pappardelle with ragù, red meat in general and aged cheese.
