A truly original interpretation of Raboso Piave that rests for at least 50 months on the lees for bottle fermentation, prior to being disgorged and released.
Copper pink colour with an orange hue and a very fine perlage. Fresh fruity notes of pomegranate, orange and grapefruit with reminiscences of blackcurrant and wild strawberries, minerals, yeasty notes, and absolute cherry jam.
Elegant creamy taste with a delicate but flavoursome long dry finish.
GRAPES: 100% Raboso.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING: great as aperitif wine, perfect with antipasto platters, fried fish and very typical Venetian dishes like polenta e pesce (polenta and fish) in tomato sauce.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16 °C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
