  • Small batch produced sparkling sweet rosé wine. Actually a vintage wine, but "demi-sec" style is not allowed to state the vintage on the label. 30 months on the lees and 35g/l of natural R.S.

    Light, fresh, sherbetty with gentle vanilla and toast background notes. On the palate lots of sweetness really comes through, a little toffee and plenty of soft berry fruit.

    Only 120 bottles imported into Australia each year.
