This Cabernet Franc is elegant and dry. It develops a typical herbaceous scent very distinctive of this variety. It offers ripe and rich aromas of black cherry, blackberry, leather and earth. On the palate it is bold, with coffee, nutmeg, and plum and black cherry flavours complimented by medium-high acidity and moderately high tannin.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Excellent with roasted meat, cured meats and aged cheese platters including Brie, Camembert, aged Cheddar, smoked Cheddar, Fontina, goat cheese, Gouda, Havarti, Swiss cheese.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16 °C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
