DESCRIPTION: Deep ruby red wine. The nose is greeted by floral aromas of violet along with cherry marmalade, ripe red berries and subtle notes of black pepper, leather, gravel, vanilla and spices.
The palate is soft yet tannic, progressively confirming the notes of the nose in a round velvety taste. Pleasant long finish.
GRAPES: 100% Cannonau (Grenache)
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: red meat dishes in general as well as aged cheese, pizza and pasta.
