The pressing and brief maceration of selected grapes is followed by the fermentation of the must at controlled temperature; a second fermentation imparts the characteristic sparkling note.
Lively red with a violet hue. The palate is fruity and harmonious, light and well-balanced. Slightly drier than the "Due Ponti", with a natural residual sugar of 17.20 g/l, this Lambrusco is perfect for every occasion, enjoyable and straight-forward, its versatility makes it a great match to Italian handmade pasta like ravioli, tortellini and tagliatelle with meat-based sauces.

RECOMMENDED PAIRING: ideal match for traditional cuisine as pasta, lasagne bolognaise, boiled meats, cotechino, salami and cured meats in general.
