Fine and delicate white wine, perfectly balanced by deeply connected nose and palate. Presents aromas of white flowers, tropical fruits like mango and lychee, Golden Queen peach as well as citrus and a pleasant minerality coming from the soil composition of where it's grown: the most prestigious land in Soave.
Dry, fresh and long elegant finish that will leave a pleasant and clean mouth feel typical of the highest interpretations of this amazing grape.
The grapes used to produce this outstanding wine come from the small "cru" of Castelcerino in the historical town of Soave. The vines average age is about 40 years and they managed to send the roots deeply into the ground to find the volcanic substrate which confers that recognisable typical minerality.
Differently from the other Soave wine, these grapes are harvested late in the season, towards the end of October, so they can develop the intense aromas you will find when you pour it into the glass.
