This Cannonau di Sardegna is an amazingly well structured wine that truly represent the potential of the soil composition of Sardinia, where this grape, internationally known as Grenache, found the best habitat.
Deep ruby red, the nose is greeted by floral aromas of violet, cherry marmalade, black pepper, leather, gravel and tar, ripe red berries, vanilla and spices. The palate is soft yet tannic, progressively confirming the notes of the nose in a round velvety taste. Pleasant long finish.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: red meat dishes in general and game, as well as aged cheese.
