The olives used to make this delicious oil are hand-harvested between the end of October and mid November from olive trees located at approximately 250m above the sea level at the feet of the Subasio Mountain, Umbria.
Only 5000 bottles are produced each year.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Best used for raw dressings of appetisers and vegetables. Delicious on its own, on bread sprinkled with salt.
STORAGE: away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
